Which platforms does ERADEALZ work with?
ERADEALZ is built to connect with common storefront and marketplace platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. During setup we confirm the connections available for your specific stack before anything goes live.
How is my data connected?
You connect your store or marketplace account with scoped access, and the engine reads the pricing and inventory data it needs per SKU. Connection scope and permissions are explained plainly on our Security page.
Are contracts month to month?
Starter and Growth are billed on a rolling basis by catalog size. Scale is arranged with your team during onboarding, so terms match the size and needs of your catalog.
What counts as a SKU for my tier?
A SKU is a distinct sellable listing the engine actively manages. Products you exclude from deal generation do not count toward your tier limit.
Does anything publish automatically?
No. Deal creative is drafted and queued for review - you approve, edit, or reject before anything reaches your storefront or ad channels.
