What this policy covers
This policy explains how ERADEALZ Private Limited collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ERADEALZ deal engine and this website. Because our product works with commercially sensitive data - costs, margins, and inventory - we keep the scope of what we handle deliberately narrow.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when signing up, such as your name, work email, and company or store name.
- Catalog and pricing data read from the store or marketplace you connect - product prices, cost inputs, inventory age, and stock movement, per SKU.
- Competitor pricing from the listings you explicitly connect for tracking.
- Generated deals and their approval status, so the engine can report on what was proposed and published.
- Inquiry details you submit through our contact or signup forms.
How we use it
We use this information to read your catalog, compose deals that respect your margin floor, draft deal creative for your review, and publish only what you approve. We also use account and inquiry details to set up your workspace and respond to you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your pricing or inventory data to build deals for any other seller.
Connection scope
When you connect a store or marketplace, we request the narrowest access needed: read access to the pricing and inventory data that powers decisions, and write access used only to publish deals you have approved. Each permission is explained during setup.
Retention
Operational data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account data, and backups age out on a fixed rolling schedule. When you close your account, we remove the data we are not required to keep.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, internal access follows least-privilege principles, and connection credentials are stored with restricted access. Our current security posture is described in more detail on our Security page.
Your choices
You can update your account details, disconnect a store, or request deletion at any time. To exercise any of these, reach us through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will reflect it here and, where the change is significant, let account holders know directly.
