The terms that govern your use of the ERADEALZ deal engine and this website.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and ERADEALZ Private Limited governing your use of the ERADEALZ deal engine, related services, and this website. By creating an account or connecting a store, you accept these terms.
What the service does
ERADEALZ reads your margin, inventory age, and competitor pricing to compose deals, bundles, and flash sales, and to draft the creative that carries them. The engine proposes; you approve. Nothing is published to your storefront or ad channels without a human approval on your side.
Margin floor and decisions
The engine is built to respect the margin floor you configure and will not propose a deal below it. Deal decisions are generated from the data available and the rules you set. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving deals before they go live, and for the accuracy of the cost and pricing data you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost, pricing, and inventory data, and keep your connections current.
- Hold the rights and permissions needed to connect the stores and listings you add.
- Review generated deals and creative before approving them for publication.
- Keep your account credentials secure and limit access to people you trust.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced by catalog size, as described on the pricing page. Starter and Growth are billed on a rolling basis; Scale terms are arranged during onboarding. SKUs you exclude from deal generation do not count toward your plan limit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the platform, or using it to publish deals you are not authorised to set. We may suspend access where use threatens the integrity of the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an as-is basis and may update features over time. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will aim to give account holders reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
ERADEALZ supports your pricing decisions; it does not guarantee specific sales or margin outcomes, which depend on your catalog, market, and the approvals you make. To the extent permitted by law, ERADEALZ Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore.
